WEATHER UPDATE: Rain is forecast this evening during the event, so we'll move inside at limited capacity. We'll have socially-distanced instrument stations set up in our large studio room and will sanitize frequently.
Happy International Women's Month!
To help celebrate, join us for the first Women & Allies Music Night of 2021.
The gathering will be held in-person, but outside; social distancing and masks are required. For your safety, we will sanitize instruments between uses.
WHY: We feel that women are still marginalized in the culture of music creation and performance. This semi-monthly gathering creates a safe, supportive, non-competitive, and non-judgmental space for cis women, trans women and men, and non-binary peoples of all ages and backgrounds to express themselves through playing musical instruments and singing.
WHAT: We'll have a variety of musical instruments set up and ready for you to play.
WHO: All are welcome. Whether you are a beginner, pro, or anywhere in between, this is the time where you can try something new without fear of judgment.
