In an effort to improve our free musical instrument lending library, we've officially implemented the following changes to our lending program:
Check Out Period: 2 weeks
Renewal Process: No more automatic + remote renewals. You must bring the items in and renew them in person.
Item Limit: 3 items per user
Late Fees: $2 per day, per item. To avoid late fees, please return the items on or before the due date.
Expired Memberships: If your membership has expired, we will be unable to continue lending music instruments to you for free. Loss or replacement fees will be charged as needed. Please contact us asap to coordinate returns, or to update your membership.
Lots of changes I know, but our lending program needed some love and we feel confident that these pivots will help improve the program overall.
